課程概述 |
本課程提供對禽病診療有興趣的同學，於修完禽病學後的一門實用課程，主要講述臨床診斷、禽病控制與治療。內容主要為台大禽病室平時所接受的病例及國內外重要的疾病介紹，包括病例影像及VCD。另請有診斷及臨床經驗的工作者協助教學。為Problem-based study 由病例切入進行診斷及控制

課程目標 |
學生於修習後應具有禽病臨床診療的能力，可以通過禽病獸醫師的認定。

|
課程要求 |
取材活潑，內容生動，注重平時與學生的互動。修本課程學生需至禽病室輪班執行禽病診斷，病例皆以急件處理; 工作內容包括multiplex-RT-PCR, PCR for ILT, RT-PCR for ALV and REV, necropsy, blood collecting, HI test, ELISA, virus isolation and identification, Egg inoculation (allantoic cavity and CAM), cell culture (DF1 cell), bacterium isolation and identification, salmonella isolation, vaccination programming, and so on. |
